Tom and Mel Schuman
Established in 1988 and acquired from previous owner in 2002.
Kountry Kafe is family owned and operated for more than 17 years. Tom and Mel grew up and live in Carroll County. Tom graduated from Liberty High School and Mel graduated from North Carroll High School. We like the simplicity of Carroll County and that's how we operate Kountry Kafe.
We enjoy making homemade bread, soups and the fresh salad bar daily. Kountry Kafe is open for breakfast and lunch Tuesday thru Friday 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Catering service is seven days a week and the largest part of our business.
